BIS Weps for BM Monk

The ones I see use the justice maces but I guess justice swords are good too.

Short answer - Bloody Skullforged Reavers
If you are strictly trying to stam stack any BOA weapon and a furlbog medecine pouch will give you the most stam from your weapon slots with 15. However I feel that double colossus procs are much better than the 5 extra stam you get from the pouch so I would suggest double bloody skullforge reavers. 5 stam is the most you will find on a 1 hand at 24 so together they will give you 10 plus some dodge.
You can go with any other set of BOA weapons, fist, sword, mace, or what have you but the hit/haste/crit isn't going to benefit you as a BM monk. You are already over the spell hit cap for barrel tossing from your other gear so the fists are redundant. The swords and maces provide extra haste/crit which is nice if your a damage dealer, but BM monks deal terrible damage, even without being stam stacked and that little extra int going to help.
The BOA staves will give you 12 stam but your still limited to a single colossus proc although the Grand Staff of Jordan will also give you some PVP resil.

I see that fists are BiS for 19 monks but they need the hit because of using toughened leather armor of the BOA Leather chest. With the hit cap already being achieved by armor, I would tend to agree yougotcrit that the skullforge reavers are the way to go for a pure BM monk.
