i prefer double argas over the crit rings along with sp on gloves over haste, with windsong proc rate the haste enchant is not necessary imo. Also i don't want to lose the sp. I like them 1k lightning bolts.. I will try the shield. And as for walking boots. Soon as they drop i will equip

At lvl 20 you are unable to get the shield of uncurbed.
Spidersilk Boots are also an awesome option for boots. Always forgotten option from the 19's. Shh.. pls keep it our little secret.
There was a discussion about some of the enchants for an elemental last week. You can take a look at that thread.
As for being level 20 well.. level 20's are just better... Ask any level 20, I know I prefer it.

I suppose it is a matter of what you are trying to accomplish.
As for me, the trade of frost shock for would be well worth the extra 400 health or so my toons gain from scaling in their stamina gear, which I run all the time since I PuG. And about 7-10% spellpower.

As a shaman, when 5.4 dropped, it opened all sorts of options for that class. All twinks really. You can all out SP or haste or even crit enchants now. Since we are on the same server I will happily be your "testing dummy". I don't care if I lose duals. My stats in the armory mean nothing to me.

Have you actually done the calculations that you gain 7-10% sp and 400hp vs a full geared 24? All I'm saying, it sounds pretty thick to me. And surely peeling/kiting with frostshock, or keeping a kill target stead or making EFC LoS his snared healers is worth more than some stats.

I have no time for "calculations". I would call it more "napkin math".
I have no need to kill targets, as all I play are heals. If need be I will "drag" my target, if they are attacking me, to my team mates and have them do the dirty work. It works quite well, most of the time.

Yes, my toons reside on US servers or as I call it, the"Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave". /salute
