Moving char to acc with diff last name

So I understand it is possible to move a char to a acc with a diff last name. I read it goes something like this:

1. Create acc with same last name as the acc with the char you wanna move

2. Move char to acc

3. Change last name to main acc's

4. Move char to final acc

However, I was under the impression you couldn't change last name on an acc unless you can show documentation that you've changed last name?

You can do it by either forging the documents, or by claiming it's a fake name. Say the last name you make on the 2nd account is "Brown", and you put as first name "kjafjasfjasf", you can contact Blizzard by saying you used a fake name and want it changed to your real name, aka your main accs name. Gl!

Does this 100% work? Can you confirm?

I doubt they would let this pass as for example:

Account Created (With Last name of other account) -> Char transfer -> Name change request to main account name. -> Char transfer to main account.

Im sure bliz emps would think this suspicious?

I have name changed accounts 5-6 times so far. Blizzard employee's don't look that far into things. Your best bet is always Live Chat on battle.net. If you don't want it to fail, you can wait a few weeks, but I doubt it will matter. And even if an employee denies it, you can always make another ticket later. I can not say it will work 100%, but this is the only way to change a name, other than forging documents.
