Casual Observations:

Shoulder 'chant could be better.
Sword? With a weapon chain?
Swap Chest 'chant for Heavy Borean Armour

Scryers/Aldor shoulder enchants are BiS. I get that you're using the weapon chain for it's hit rating, but you can use it on a staff so you get that extra bit of spell power.
Also, no real twink has unfinished professions. I'd encourage you to work on that as soon as you can. The bonus you get from them is too big to not focus on that more than on any kind of gear.

Roll a DK on a dead PvE realm. Level to 60, have an easy time getting your DPR.
