HCL is resting in peace, however Cyclone is another 3.3.5 19 twink server with a pretty similar concept, but it's not exactly the same though.

Molten has some 19 twinks aswell I think, but it's not a server dedicated to 19s only. Patch 3.3.5 aswell, or at least something very near.

It's been a while since I've played molten, and only tried Cyclone briefly like a week ago so unfortunately can't offer you any more info on these servers.

OT: Seems like wowhead is bugging the fuck out in the non-wod version of it at least (stats keep changing for no apparent reason at all), so I see no reason to keep speculating about them. Probably just a wowhead database error or something.
