Yes, many countries now have anti-hate laws, so therefore would be prohibited, especially if the such laws exist where this site is hosted/registered.

How do we update CoC? I would support a poll/petition to review if someone has the will to champion the cause.

no, the only thing i assume is that "the saint" is long enough on twinkinfo to know how fcked up things are here. i also got a few bans for ridiculous things but i dont care.

Yes it's very f**ked up around here. There's a rule in the CoC that tells people not to make fake death claims. Seriously, what type of people need to be told that ?
