With this week's upcoming restarts, we are slightly easing the cap on recent instances. You shouldn't hit it via normal activity.

Should be nice for the brackets that farm their BiS gear from dungeons, such as the random enchant rings from Gnomer for 24s xD

It's already live on EU.
