I've been told that Shard of Contempt is no good, however the expertise and attack power proc is nice to have.

Other than that, I believe that everything else is best in slot.

Any comments, complaints, recommendations, are greatly appreciated.

Your armory page shows your current character, so you can't ever have two different armory links showing two different sets, lol.
Also in the title you wrote that you were already BiS, but in the post itself you say that you aren't?

Anyway, since you're using the +15 stamina gem, I assume you're gearing for arenas or pve, in which case Powerful Earthstorm Diamond is BiS.
Also you're missing an Enchanted Pearl and a Heavy Borean Armor Kit for your chest.

Not for PvE it isn't.

Also, what's the point of saying a char is "BiS" (without any reasons to why), then saying it's not got everything? Surely that's a bit inaccurate, no?

Well.. Sure xD But before he edited the post, it clearly said it was a "stamina set", which is why I told him to get the meta gem with the most stamina.

Not sure why any tank would stack stam at 70, at all anymore. Crit stands better for warriors and their AM anyway. (same is true for their DPS sets, str is awful)

You're welcome to point the flaws out if you want, but I don't see much better coming from you

Let's start:
1) Change your shoulder's enchant to Aldor's Greater Inscription of Vengeance - Item - World of Warcraft.
2) It's good idea to have 2 shields: first with Titanium Plating, second with 18 stamina enchant.
3) Don't sure, but check BiS belt again, because since 5.4 T6 belt for pally has become really better.
4) Reenchant your boots's enchant to Greater Assault or Sueefooted.
5) Change your first trinket. It's good idea to have 84-crit engineering trinket.
6) Think about Stone of Blades - Item - World of Warcraft and Blood of Amber - Item - World of Warcraft
7) You have the worst meta gem i've ever seen.Put Chaotic Skyfire Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft or Enigmatic Skyfire Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft
