how are locks

I'm looking for a fun and solid dps to play. How are locks in this bracket? What specs are fun to play? What is their play style like? Are they under/over powered? Also any good armories would help. Thanks for your time.

No cc..No healz...only high dps and mega swag...whats not to like? -) Felwaffles @ Outland - Community - World of Warcraft or look in the armory for other Locks.....try affliction before you go destro like everyone else...

with right build u should do 700-750 conflags, 300 imp bolts and 700 incerates.

Locks are very good at this point of the 10s bracet. With loads damage as Nature just said, locks are one of the best classes to burst in duels. Tho with scaling in bg's locks wont be as bursty, but they still in bg's to one of the best damage dealing classes in the games.
Locks also got something speciall making them even more op. The Imp you as a warlock dont just make loads of damage. The Imp also removes stunns from paladins. This is something making it very hard to cc a lock. That makes them an even better class at lvl 10.

Destro is amazing in 1 vs 1,or with heals, but aff really shine vs many...just try both specs and enjoy

Thanks everyone for the replies. It will help a lot can't wait to start my lock they sound fun. also if I go affliction should I stack haste more. I will definitely be destro 90% of time but would like to enjoy multi dotting.
