24 Warrior Twink w/o Heirlooms

I'd like to know everyone's opinions on twinking without heirlooms, and if its not too much to ask, suggested armories? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to twinks but I wanna try them out.

Arms war you'll be missing ton of crit that comes on Boa especially boa legs can have scorched leg armor applied by a 70 +. Anything is possible. Don't know non boa war profile though

Why would you want a non BOA war? It is possible though.

wowhead is your friend, just filter through possible gear choices, then use this spreadsheet to find enchants you want within your restriction.

Just basically because I haven't got any heirlooms lol and I'm not the best at PvP, not awful mind you just not the next No. 1 EU lol
