The +4 stats is actually +3 to all stats. just check it yourself ingame. it all depends if you want survival or full damage.
Also get BoA ring.
Get willow bracers with 2 int.
Get AGM and BoA trink.
I'd go with elemental force to wep but that is just me.
Rest is looking good!
