Resilience is useless now. You should gem for stamina instead for survival.
PvP power is also really bad, so you might want to replace your cloak enchant with either stamina or intellect.

Solid Empyrean Sapphire - 15 stamina - BiS for arena
Solid Majestic Zircon - 12 stamina, but scales up to 30 in battlegrounds

The best stamina enchant for chest and gloves is Heavy Borean Armor Kit
I believe the BiS weapon enchant is Jade Spirit.

As for your gear, I would replace every single honor piece with PvE items from sunwell.
Also if you can afford it, definitely replace mining with engineering and get the dragon's eye gems from your JC.

I went ahead and looked up some armories of some of the priests I know. Their builds are different but it's definitely all viable.

There's also a 18 stam gem(unique) which is sold by lower city (You're already exalted and should be able to buy this.
