what do i do about the hit cap and the chest enchant?

Lavishly Jeweled Ring for hit I believe and Heavy Borean to chest? Either that or mana to chest, stam might be better imo for a lock. Nice robe and gloves though.

The best you can get on inferno is +112 HP chest / you need to get heirloom chest in order to put 14 stam heavy borean armor kit.

I would think of a magefist gloves with 24 stam on it aswell.

for destro mana is not an issue so go stam : )

Spidersilk Drape + Lavishy or heirloom ring + boot enchant and you will be fine for your hit cap.

SSD or LJR + boot enchant is plenty. Don't need both of 'em.
