I have a level 70 hunter so I'm wondering if I should level him up to 80 to put this enchant on my level 1 twinks bow.

It says " sometimes launches a rabid critter, dealing additional damage to the target"

-How much damage is that at level 1?
-What's the ppm of it?
-Does it really worth it? Is it better than 33 haste?

Only thing I know is that it's BiS. Don't know exact numbers.

It used to be back when it would hit like a level 60 shot it...now it does just 103 damage with a 45 sec (or something absurd like that) ICD .... I think haste or a hit/exp build is still the way to go anymore

it might deal 75% of what it would proc for on a level 70??

it would of course crit way more often on a level 10

and 113 agility is crazy too

i have used it for quite a while and i think that 33 haste is better as you can revieve your pet faster, regen fast and shoot faster. And it didnt proc that often for me. But ofc when it procs its insanely good. On wowhead it says it got 10% proc chance, but idk if that is true. From own experience I dealt around 120 per shot on mobs in Elwynn forrest, but I wasnt fully enchant there. Hope i could help
