Be Raptor quest rewards

Icy has two quest rewards from this quest, how'd he swing that? I'd like to know so I can pick up the boots before I xfer ally.

do be raptor then faction change then do be raptor again. lets u do quest chain twice.

Ohhh, you mean you can do it as ally? Was showing as horde only on wowhead.

There is both the alliance and horde version. Same goes for Seal of Argas I believe.

Ya faction changing is how people get 2 quest rewards from the same quest. Doing Be Raptor again would be a huge PITA though. Don't see how faction changing is that necessary for 24's though, as the boots from gnomer (acidic walkers) are almost even with it, and the competition is not as tough as 19's.
