Anyone know if these can be applied to BoA gear through a trade window?

All of the head enchant items are "fractured, making it useless".

Only way you can do anything is buying an unbound head or a BoA through character transfers.

Oh, I see. The reason I had thought they are still working is that apparently they are - but for use on legs only. They aren't fractured but the ability to apply them to a head piece is gone
