It's cool but not worth that much. Let's say it is genuine (which I assume it is) Nobody really knows this guy, but because he had Blizzard on his badge, this is worth alot more?
I would estimate this to about 1000$ tops. This is ofcourse just my opinion

You gotta remember that starcraft has been one of the most successful games Blizzard ever put out, couple that with that character being a big part of that. I can see some super nerd buying that. Its not so much about the artist as it is a original artwork put out by a Blizzard for a huge game of theirs.
