Obviously still a work in progress with profs and maybe the heirloom trinket/agm, but you've got an impressive number of hks for where you're at and a lucky, lucky fishing hat. Pretty solid. Are you finding ghamoo'ru's bind to be superior to girdle of nobility? I was always confused about which of those qualifies as bis.

Sillwater Signet instead of Garrosh's Pardon !
Armour kits !
Others are good !

you are stacking int, should be fine, twink whatever you like.

aside from missing medium armor kit,
Tumultuous Cloak of the Sorcerer 4Stam 4Int 4Haste is a good choice

Battle healer Cloak 5stam 5int 2spirit is easier to obtain and have slightly more armor

and go jc neck, you drop 1stam for 2int and 2spirit

with more spirit, you can drop cuffs of black elements and go wrist Uninsured Bracers and stay hit cap
or you can go nuts and farm Mindthrust Braces 4stam 5int 4spirit

for belt, you can choose
Moss Cinch 6stam 9int

Vigorous Belt of the Vision 2Stam 8Int 4Haste

Girdle of Nobility 4Stam 9Int 4Crit

Keller's Girdle 4Stam 10Int
