Been out of the game for a long time, came back a week ago but really cba in endgame atm.

Whas wondering which bracket is most active ?

I preffer 20's and make a F2P account unless that bracket is dominated by 24's.
If anyone got a idea how active the 15-19's and 20-24's bracket is for the EU, let me know! (Mostly random BG's)

20-24 is the most active and the most terrible, youll meet 2 kind of persons: p2ps with overpowered enchants and f2p huntards/rogues who steamroll you while backpaddling and emote spaming (atleast thats the case in EU)

Depends really, it's pretty bad though. The disparity between F2P and 24 is ridiculous now.
Some classes bridge the gap better than others.

Keep in mind that everyone's effective level is 24, so 20s scale up. The disparity is between f2ps and p2ps — the main difference being the enchants.

Right, and if even a small fraction of the p2ps had any talent whatsoever, we'd really have a problem.

Fortunately, the talent distribution seems to be about equal, so even though f2p face an uphill battle, it is still possible to overcome through sheer numbers, stubbornness, and the will to power.
