Also; possibly looking for intellect, 100 hp, 10 haste, 150 mana to helmet (old Librams, Arcanum of XXXXX) will possibly pay cash.

I don't know if you know this (you might, just posting this, might help others too). If you want to buy a char from someone's account, you'll need to xfer it to a new account (since the last name won't match). Then you'll need to get a name change to change it, which might be hard, then xfer to main account. I had the same problem, as I still have an unbound +10stam +10int +10 spirit and +10nat resist leg kits.

Good luck buying tho, it might be a challenge to find. If you really want one, you can consider buying unmerged accounts (50+ ones) and hope for unbound kits, it's how I got mine.

I have power of the scourage unbound on my lvl60 twink, how do you think you will be able to get it on your twink? can you tell me about the process before I start thinking about selling it?
 
1) I completely make a new account in your name
2) Level character to 10 on your account
3) You purchase BoA needed
4) Attach to BoA
5) I pay you
6) I transfer character from your account to "your other account"
7) Anything after six is irrelevant as I have to then transfer that character to my account

edit past 6.

7) I pay someone to change the acc name on my bnet account
8) implying it works, I then would simply transfer character to my main account.

That is pretty much how it will go. W-what would you even sell it for?

Or you could just buy an account with BOA helmet enchanted and transfer that character with the BOA onto your account.
