I think max crit on horde with bg spell cap would be

tiger
w/e neck
pve shoulder (hunt one for max crit)
miners
pve chest (nobles robe for max crit)
drakewing
wild riders
soldier belt
cobrahns boots
dpr
stendels
loom axe

if youre orc you can swap cobrahns boots for hero boots and drakewing for blackwolf, same crit but more stre

if you only want melee cap, tiger + dpr

i cant get cobrahns took wrong quest reward

imma substitute for the cloth crit feet (conspirators)

im going try to get that gear out for sure

BoA chest is better. I dont reccomant you to get ALL CRIT possible because you need also stamina and more strength !
