Go double Signet of Argas - Item - World of Warcraft
Go double Arena Grand Master - Item - World of Warcraft
Go double Enchant Weapon - Bloody Dancing Steel - Item - World of Warcraft on your weapons.
Go Vigorous Belt - Item - World of Warcraft of the Bandit (+ 5 Agi/Stam/Crit)
Go Formula: Enchant Cloak - PvP Power - Item - World of Warcraft on Cloak.
Even tho your head has a Gfed enchant I would go for Stained Shadowcraft Cap - Item - World of Warcraft
Go Greater Inscription of Vengeance - Item - World of Warcraft on BoA shoulders
Venerable Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge - Item - World of Warcraft as 2nd weapon next to SF

I'm not saying you should all change this, but if I had your 19 rogue I'd make these changes.

Are you aware bloody dancing steel scale lower than dancing steel ?

Missing a lot of items right now on the armory, assuming they are mostly BoAs on other toons. Love the weapons, and the gear I can see is good. Curious what the transmog set looks like though.

The gear I see right now looks good. I would definitely change the off hand though, even though the assassin's blade is quite sexy.
As for the trinket, since you are human, I would suggest double AGM, even Swift Hand of Justice x2 in the mean time.
You have a nice helm enchant, but unless you're running the flag, I would suggest using the BOA helmet, because most of your time should be in stealth anyways.
