Hello there Maxi,

My suggested changes:
1 .Get 2 Arena Grand Master - Item - World of Warcraft or 1 AGM with Discerning Eye of the Beast - Item - World of Warcraft
2. Enchant Cloak - PvP Power - Spell - World of Warcraft on Cloak
3. Enchant Weapon - Power Torrent - Spell - World of Warcraft (scales up to 75 Intellect 40 second downtimer) or Enchant Weapon - Jade Spirit - Spell - World of Warcraft (Scales up to 62 Intellect higher proc rate then Power Torrent no downtimer) or even Enchant Weapon - Hurricane - Spell - World of Warcraft Since you're stacking haste.
4. 2 Charged Gear - Item - World of Warcraft of the Eagle
5. Emissary Cuffs - Item - World of Warcraft of the Eagle (if you want spirit choose of the Owl)

You dont have to follow any of my suggested changes, this is just the changes I personally would've made to my Holydin.

Looks nice. id get 2x gnome 9 int rings. 9 int leather bracer. Get the crit and int aldor shoulder and hurric on wep if you already have it. get 1x haste trink and 1x agm too or 2x haste or 2x int depends if you want full sp or haste

Thanks for the feedback guys, i will not likely change gear or enchants unless i can get hotshot pilots gloves or gnomer int rings. Ive got hurricane and power torrent on other weapons and prefer 30 sp all the time. Would like to be rated out of 10

7/10, just because of the fact you're not BiS, or close to BiS

5/10. You got some horde bis stuff ( like neck ) but you didn't take hero gloves, 5 int / 5 stam / 4 crit shield.
Stv boots with 5 stam, 6 int and 8 crit are also better than yours. And you really gotta take the yorgen's ring, 3 stam 4 int 5 crit is awesome.
Seems that the pvp power enchant on the back is better than crit tho
Your bracers are awful, you could have take the one from horde quest in northen barrens, which gives 3 stam / int / crit.
Or you can also farm cuffs and get the 9 int ones ( bis ) with spell power enchant.
You should note that haste is actually awful for hpal, since you don't have any hot / haste cap to reach. Plus the fact that 2 out of 3 healing spells got a cooldown, meaning in this case crit >>>>>> haste. Change trinkets, get agm, and get loom one for the hp proc ( Like a health pot )
And skinning > mining
