Gilnean Satchel question

I want to buy a Gilnean Satchel (16 slot), I am revered and have the required gold for the purchase. The vendor is not selling me one for some reason.

Is there an issue with this item (of wich I am obviously unaware)?

My character is a lvl 20 worgen druid, I have bought the Stormwind, Ironforge and Gnomeran Satchels thus far with no complications.

The bug seems to be the in-game display of this reputation.

For example, Rustman still shows as 10233/12000 Honored from the Armory. One of the other threads noticed this and the resolution was to just keep running dungeons with the tabard on, and eventually it'll actually hit Revered and let you buy it.

maybe put "All" in vendor thingy.

Have Blizz not fixed that yet? Been a problem for a while. Just keep farming rep and you will get the bag. The in-game rep is broken on the Character dialogue, but it was correct in the Armory and Achievement dialogue when I had this problem getting the Ambassador title. Only happened with Gilneas.
