Then you either don't have 3% hit or play a class that relies on caster hit. I've personally played my hunter for a good ~45k HKs in mop and never missed with my hit rating.

Also, pet hit cap can be important but it depends on the pet you're using. Buff pets and I think moths should be fine without it.

disarm is physical, but moth, bat, monkey specials are nature.
Nature school spells need 6% spell hit cap, physical school need 3%? am i right?

Interrupts either don't miss or get +15% hit chance, I think that goes for the moth too. I played with one below spell hit cap for a bit and didn't notice any misses.
Pet abilities need the hunter to spell hit cap regardless of if they're nature or physical. Pets get .5 hit and .5 expertise from each point of hit and each point of expertise the hunter has, so they need the hunter to be spell capped to cap both their melee and spell hit.
For example, an ally f2p hunter in BGs would have 8 hit from eyepatch and 7 expertise from foreman's.
8 hit = 4 hit/4 expertise for your pet
7 expertise = 3.5 hit/3.5 expertise for your pet
Gives your pet 7.5 hit/7.5 expertise = 15 spell hit

As I am aware nothing changed recently and you still have to stack hit as you were a 24 in bg. You don't have that, you have this:
outside-inside. 1 hit difference cause of dpr taken on my 20 but doesnt make a difference to make my point.
But what am i seeing wrong then if you say i live in past expansions. Does these stat sheet lie?
Ofc i know you are looking at non scaled stats but you are not getting enough of hit scaled in bg. See my 2 pictures.
And ofc we all use more sets but you give a bad example and correct later when you have been told you are giving a bad example instead of mentioning all at once and give the information.
I am flattered that you have such an interest in this toon, screenshots and all. All I was doing was giving the OP the example of which they asked. While it may not be be EXACTLY BiS it could be bis.

My hunter (Scorpìo) is level 20 p2p. You can check him out on armory. I've played hunter probably longer than anyone on this blog and I can tell you that you can safely ignore hit and haste at this level. In fact, all the best players I know in this bracket will never even bother about these stats.
