I wouldn't. I did level almost all my 19s to 20 or 24, but I never planned to play 19s again. I do know several folks that regret doing the same.

I would say just make a new toon. I will never be leveling my rogue. I've leveled some of my twinks, one being my current 70 rogue with glaives and Thori'dal, and sometimes i even regret doing that.
