I have seen a list of tabards that a f2p can get to Archieve the 25 Tabards Archievement.
And im confused , How can a f2p get Exalted with The Consortium ?!?!? Because i want the tabard !
If anyone knows please tell !

Also can someone also add the different tabards that f2p's are able to earn and actually achieve (rare) , not including regular city tabards.
