Another AGM, x2 Charged Gear of Stamina, Gnomer Bracers of Stamina, Battleforged boots of Stamina (or w/e boots give random +8stam), borean armor kit on shoulders and chest, loom shield, boars on boots, max mining, earthbound girdle of stam, Brawler's Gloves with Glove reinforce.

Stam Prot is best Prot. Stacking Stam is more value than going for dmg
 
Fuck stacking strength. Shield slam scales so bad with AP that the damage you gain going full str gear (as opposed to 0 gear equipped) is somewhere around 10-20 more. Just go with crit stacking, or perhaps just stam.

If you're still after a DPS Prot,, you could probs copy most of koruil's (poster above me) arms warr, boa 1h with crusader or maybe even dancing steel for shits & giggles, and the shield against evil presence quest reward from BfD i think gives the most str @ 24, 1 or 2 more than boa shield.

Edit: You'll probably want to have a stam-based FC set just in case, then it's just a hotkey away. You could call your FC set "Mr. Nice Guy", and your DPS set "Mr. Douchebag". ;)

been playing around with gear and builds. going to see about using a shield spike coupled with EF to see if procs will happen on block damage from a felsteel spike. other wise for prot dps I just use my current arms gear which is pretty decent but I sub a pair of gloves with 8 crit rating instead of 15 str and that 6 crit ring. However as a warrior, arms is the best it has ever been at low levels. but a good dps prot set which like most will tell you would be high crit high stam (since str scaling is lacking in general and abysmal for shield slam) have fun. It's not a competitive bracket and 24s have an edge so do whatever you feel like and enjoy just messing around. It's a game after all.

-I only ever find prot dps to be useful against 1v1 rogues and other arms warrs.

You cant call yourself a pioneer if you don't know the game enough to even gear yourself. That makes you nothing more than a dumbass noob with no learning curve.

When I was 12 years old I owned a guild that was premade ready with BiS players transferring over to play with me everyday, after my paladin was leveled to 20 and my guild disbanded there was no reason for me to continue playing. I just recently started playing again, if you think it's okay to talk shit on me when I'm obviously joking and being cocky saying I'm the pioneer than you're nothing but a retard who must have some problem with me.
Don't talk shit dude. How did I quit out of shame? All the hard work I put into Twinking, (like reviving stormrage when it died) was gone. here's a big F*CK YOU
