No, he did not. He paid about half of it.
I paid him exactly 62k out of 100k, and would pay him the remaining in January. He agreed to it.
But well, that's a business between me and him, something we actually both settled and agreed upon. It only concerns both of us and the people who would benefit.

Well it sounds like your neighbor needs a little help? Don't be such an asshole to people like that, I was once in the same place but now I've recovered to being a productive member of society. People have speed bumps and hiccups, it happens. News flash: that's life.

There's no help for the helpless. "He's" still an addict who pretends he has a life, when in reality he's living in his parents house, making a pitty amount of money from a government's reinserting program. He can't provide for himself, let alone his children.
