is enhance decent in 20-24?

I have a few enhance twinks and im looking to join the 20-24 bracket, what level is best for an enhance twink and is it viable or complete garbage?

Anythings viable at 22 or 24.
I say 22 because that's when you learn Frost Shock.
In saying that, don't expect to be overpowered. You probably wont be.

Nor is it complete garbage though.

I have seen a 24 BiS, Haste Stacked, Dual Ele Force, Enhance Shaman top damage. His kill potential was low though and I do believe his HKs and KBs didn't line-up with his Damage Done. I was on my Warrior and had little trouble dispatching him, but barely encountered him 1v1. I do remember him having a F2P Holy Paladin with him for most of the game's duration. He appeared to be an above average player.

TL;DR
Being BiS, Haste Stacked, Dual Ele Force has high damage potential in a premade/healbot scenario. Needs further testing.

2,4k + hp
mana on chest

Depends on what you what out of it. Enhance shaman can heal, cleanse, interrupt and purge. At level ten you get an optional defensive CD. All of which no other class has. If you level up past 22 you even get a slow. Enhance shaman can wear mail heirloom gear, which in turn offers extra armor. There is lots to like about enhance shaman. Now, will you be at the top of the damage meter? In a word... NO. Will you die as much as a mage and warlock, probably not. The big question is will you have fun at it? That, mi amigo, depends on you.
