Servers / guilds / population?

Hey, I was thinking of starting a twink again and since 19's are completly dead on EU, I was hoping 24's are more populated.

So what I'm asking is, which is the most populated 24twink servers for both hord and alliance, what guilds play there, how often does BG's pop and are there many dedicated players there?
