Help me w/ sub rogue BiS

So I'm completely stuck on what a BiS 20 horde rogue looks like. I perused the rate a twink section and found some promising builds, however I see some things I'm not sure about.
-Heartseeker (I take it this is considered BiS because of speed = more procs?)
-15% spell hit ( I don't think 15% applies to us, why not just stick to 6%?)

basically your chardev is good but if your belf do 1 agi cloak, goggles over lfh in my opinion if going more glassy, RoP over legionnaire's, shadowcraft chest (the hit outweighs the small agi increase), and bandit belt over the monkey belt

You never specified what kind of biss build you want . There are a few viable options IMO for horde . There is troll, panda , and belf . Panda for the healer gouge , troll is for max damage gc build ( I would recommend shadow focus assassination with thistle tea as a fun play style ) . Belf is also a viable option as they get the silence and energy from it . Now all three of those race choices are viable for panda you should use foremans for the expertise , troll I would stack hit crit and haste (assuming assas) , besides those the standard bis should work . Should you try combat out I would use the pvp ring and cloak from rfc as they scale for max ap . I think that's all . Gl

It just so happens that the best agility gear gives hit.

white melee, never hitcapped but closer the better.

usually if im playing a rogue, hp doesnt really matter that much( im attacking an fc druid/priest thats just trying to escape me) and also

agi increases
poison damage
dodge rating
crit chance
top end damage

and usually scales the best in bgs

it is not to much difference between gearing a f2p rogue and a 90 sub rogue, white hit is just more valuable for f2p rogue like a 90 cause he is doing % more dmg with it!
in my opinion you should gear a f2p rogue: hitcap 3% - expertice cap 3% - agility - crit
missing a kick on a heal sucks, anyways everyone can gear his rouge how he want

Don't really play it much currently, but I think my rogue is pretty sweet: Teats @ Blackwing Lair. Got swifties and Agi pots too Idk about foreman's, but I think I might just farm them, to get my swag up to yolo.
