I keep getting logged out.

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this, but I keep getting logged out. Not sure what is happening, I was trying to send a PM earlier today and had to log back in twice during it.

It's been happening for the past few days now.

The session timeout for Twinkinfo is 15 minutes (if that's the right term for it). Basically, if you remain inactive or don't refresh the page within 15 minutes, it automatically logs you out.

This can also happen when you spend a little too much time in writing a PM. To avoid it, I'll generally have another tab of Twinkinfo open and keep refreshing that while I write the PM in the original tab.

Currently, there's no way to change it from 15 minutes either.

Firstly when you log in, check the "remember me" box. If that does work, clear your history/cache from your browser, if that doesnt work try a new browser i.e Chrome or Firefox.

Im assuming you've selected the "remember box" when logging in

I thought the "Remember Me" feature just remembers your password and username so that it's easier to log in next time. I didn't know it actually did that too. O:

the entire time ive used Chrome, i never had to log or relog into TI. maybe its the remember me or a Chrome feature.
