Which do you all consider best for the ele's

Hits not an issue with chants or if there are alternative builds not using 10 hit 10 crit boot chant I'm all ears.

I prefer the second shield. No matter the situation. Easy as hell to get hit-capped as a Shaman and that extra spirit does you no good as it will put you well over the hit-cap(in a bad way), regardless of how you decide to min/max.

Uncurbed Appetite absolutely hands down. Crit is essential and there are much easier ways to get hit-capped.
