Question about faction swapping

Hey guys,
I know 19's are pretty dead but back in the day i was in the process of making a rogue, he has shadowfang and tunic of westfall and hate just leaving him un-finished. if i faction swap to horde (after i get all the ally quests of course) will I lose my Tunic of westfall?

who knows, 19's might kick back up again one day

Pretty much any and all quests you can do on Ally, allows for awesome mogs and going horde will allow for just all around better sets.
