does tinker bug still work?

As the title says, can you glitch tinkers for other people still? Reason being is I want synapse for my enhance sham, because 192 agility is still decent, but it isn't really worth dishing out 50k for.

I can confirm that it still works, I've done Synapse for a few of my guild mates within the past weeks. Not particularly forgiving if you get it wrong, though.
