[Mesikämmen]

Levelled this toon up from 19 a few weeks ago, slapped some new chants etc. I'm aware I don't have gnomer loots, I don't enjoy grinding that dungeon and don't take 24s serious enough to put the effort in farming gnomeregan items.

Tome of the Dawn > Furbolg imo
And also BoA caster cloak, 1 less stamina but a lot of other nice stats.

For Healer:
Belt of the High Shaman or Nesingwary Sash
Acidic Walkers
Yorgen's Boon

I personally prefer Tome of the Dawn for the intellect especially in your case as you have so much stamina already.
