imo DS is better than Mongoose cause of up time, and also better than 15 agi.
And 12 PvP power to cloak gives a direct 3-4% dmg increase
And I think there is a better bracer enchant than Lesser Assault, possible Greater Assault, that gives 19 AP when scaled
