imo, que for a BG and there is no avg wait time anytime of the day, you are in a dead bracket, and yes all three are dead.

Long time no see Shockhunter. 19's and 39's are dead but 29s are picking up; at the moment they are only scheduled nights though.

Well if your talk about 10 vs 10's on daily then all brackets are dead, but 29's do daily arenas and wargames for wsg, get up to 10 vs 10 on the odd occasion. 19's just flat out dead as far as im aware (pretty much just 19's waiting for something to happen). 39's 100% dead atm but people are trying to kickstart it!
