MW Monks using Off-hand frill?

Is this considered viable (read: worth a crap) in the 19 and 20-24 brackets? The reason why I ask is because I have a Devout Aurastone Hammer and would rather not have to farm for a 2h.

Due to the stats you gain from off-hand enchants Devout Aurastone Hammer + Musty Tome of the Lost is your best option, atleast in the 15-19 bracket. There may or may not be a better off-hand in the 20-24 bracket.
