In a normal bracket, players queue up hoping a decent combination of skill and classes will emerge from the randomness. Most players aren't in Skype/Vent, there is little communication. Poor sportsmanship runs rampant.
29s have revamped this system. We use Battletags and Skype to facilitate a 14-20 person raid. Loli, Fird, Derv, or myself will split up teams based on skills, class strength, and roles. We initiate a wargame after breaking up into separate calls/raids. The match is played like a premade, resulting in a mid-map slugfest. A tide that rises and abates to both resto huts/GYs. Everyone is tuned in to the target callers, CCs, interrupts, and positioning.
You won't find sloppy twinks, lacking enchants or professions. This is mostly a core group 29 veterans who have known each other for years. Though we have seen many new faces come on board lately. They appreciate the quality of games, and the effort that their peers put into their twinks.
