Hit removal

While Hit and Expertise themselves are being removed, the concepts are not.

Seeing as a new stat is being added it is likely that they are taking these 2 stats with similar properties and possibly merging them into one, Blizzard have said that they regret having so many choices to optimize gear at max level and that it is a mess, this may be one step to combat this.

I see a positive side to this .. depending on jif/what level 1 class abilities are NOT affected by readiness, we could gain some utility
