Possible world first? Feedback and info please!

    • Dear sir, ma'am

    I have a small question, being... Is this a world first kill or not?
    We had this splendid idea of trying out the Isle of Thunder's bosses. The fights were possible! (Instant kill by skills.. But not by attacks, so it's possible!) The fights were challenging, but lovely! (Even though it took a litteral 32 minutes to kill, but that's a side-note xD)

    My question is this: Has anyone out there ever done this before? I would LOVE to hear feedback. Currently, the video is named under (possible) world first, and.. I'd like to have it to a vast name, either world, realm or just not first at all, but I don't want a missleading title.

    (Small extra info. My WoW is in french because I'm learning french, and the best way to learn french is by playing WoW in french! :D )

    I've thought about exactly this boss since first time I killed it on my main but have never put time into going on it for a main.
    I can't confirm anything but it might be a world first but that would mostly be because no one have thought about giving it a try.
     
    Haha I think it's pretty safe to assume nobody else had the crazy idea to do this. But it was good fun nonetheless.

    Just some bonus info to people reading this thread: these bosses scale depending on how many people are fighting them. In our case (with 8 people) this guy had 212 million hp, which was why it took so long to kill him.

    Didn't have time to watch the vid before now and now I can say that I thought you kited him all the time, got a bit surprised when I saw him getting tanked.

    We tend to always apply the actual combat rules of fair battle :p
    So we always have a tank tanking, a healer healing and a dps dpsing / CCing :)

    You'd be a bally hero. But when I died, it mostly was instant kill because that's how the Isle of Thunder bosses work. Instant kills with their skills, mostly.
    The thing making this hard is not only the instant kill, but also the lack of speed buffs (atleast in my case) to get out of them swiftly enough xD
