WTB parachute cloak 12 agil enchant

as some of u may know if u put 12 agil on the cloak now it scales to 9 agil only parachute cloaks enchanted before 5.4 have 12 agil
offering big time give me a PM willing to xfer also will pay if someone finds it on AH and tells me

If you applied the enchant before 5.4, it stayed 12 agil. However, if you apply the enchant now it'll scale down to 9 agil.

Alright, I just checked, it isn't tooltip bug, it's properly GF'd and working like intended.
