I don't think merger boots scale, whereas the silverpine ones do, to something like 7stam 4int 4hit. Also since he's 15 he doesn't have Divine Fury or w/e it's called so I guess he's picking up hit from boots & ring, but not enough to cap Imo, cap if you want to, if not, go for stats cause you can't fully rely on your abilities hitting anyway if you aren't capped.

All gear scales, some a lot, others not so much. I will pick up those boots and see how they scale. The abilities seem to hit enough, I am still having trouble testing and finding the correct hit cap (instanced) for actual 19 hit cap. :/ trial and error I suppose. I.e: The 1 Ring scales to 2/2/2/2/2 lol, shame it isn't 3/3/3/3/3 ;ole a mini Seal of Wyrmn~

I'm also looking to pick up an actual max crit set amongst other sets.
