Frost mage enchants

So I have my gear planned chardev 10 - Mist of Pandaria - BETA,but I have been wondering which enchants to go with (I also got a few gear questions)

1. Is Thaalia's Slippers better than Acidic Walkers?

And these are the enchants I would go with, please comment and discuss:

Gloves: 20 Frost Spell Power
Legs: Sapphire Spellthread
Feet: Surefooted
Weapon: One with Power Torrent and then switch to Soulfrost when PT pops
Bracers: 15 Stamina/10 Crit/10 Haste/ 9 Intellect/ 15 SP???
Chest: 14 Stam
Back: 12 PvP Power
Shoulder: Aldor enchant

Also as frost mage, I am aiming for 25% crit, for 100% crit with Shatter effect, does anyone know how much crit I would need for that?

Well. My crit rating (70) stands for 16,25% of my crit chance (rest is from intellect and base crit)

/e: Please excuse the doublepost.

Alright with this build I will be at 22.81% crit, 2.8% haste, ~2250 HP and ~310 frost SP and 4.5% Hit. What enchant should I use on bracers? 15 SP, 15 Sta, 9 Int, 10 Crit, 8 Haste or 10 Hit?
10 Hit would bring me to 8.6% Hit
15 Sta would bring me to ~2400 HP
9 Int would bring me to 319 SP and 23.22% Crit
15 SP would bring me to 325 SP
8 Haste would bring me to 5.2% haste (which is how much reduced casting time)
10 crit would bring me to 25.12% crit

For me it looks like either 10 hit for hit cap, or 10 crit for crit cap with shatter?

uve got the engi goggles in ur chardev but ur professions are herbalism and skinning, hows that gonna work out

Yup just saw it ealier, but I got that covered in my math above, just replaced Herb with engi.

Another solution would be to replace one AGM with Rune of Perfection and then enchant bracers with crit, I loose 8 stam, but get hit capped and crit capped for shatter

thats what u should do. 8 stam is nothing compared to missing/not critting a shatter, especially when ur already sitting at 2.2k hp.

I don't think getting 100% crit chance on a frost mage should be a priority.

I have had far less and I really can't recall any time that I didn't get 2 crits.

What this dude said is right. And in my humble personal opinion, I would stack more stamina. Maybe around 3k unbuffed. Then the rest straight int/crit.

If I am at 3k unbuffed, there wouldn't be room for stacking any other stats. But I will make a stamina set for FC'ing/D and might get to use it when pugging aswel, when I get tired of getting globaled by hunters and rogues :)

But atm I'm gonna go with crit cap on shatter and hit cap, and around 2.1k HP, 310 SP, and 2% haste :)

You can stack a decent amount of crit through just gear choices right? Only takes a couple stam enchants to beef your HP. If it were me, I would try to find a good middle ground where you still shatter crit a lot of the time and your HP is closer to 3k. That's what I would do. Damage is just so high in this bracket. Imagine how cumbersome it would be with around 2k hp, for even a skilled pocket healer, to keep you up if you have two or more high dps classes laying into your mage.

Let us know how much health you end up having in your FC/D set. Curious for myself.
