Vendors:
Tricky treats is the Currency used for buying Hallow end, vendor items.(also a consumable) You get this by doing quests and trick or treating.Personally I bought the Hallowed helmet because it looked cool, choosing what to buy can be tricky( pun intended ). Your hard work should be spent on something you like vs what another person tells you to get.The vendor items are categorized by Consumables,mounts and pets,masks,wands,and vanity.

The Good ol' wow trick or treating.Its A nice break from Pvp and the incentives are great!
The main way to get tricky treats is by completing the candy bucket
quest, which rewards you with Handful of treats.You gain 1-3 treats and a chance for a rare.These are found in the inns scattered through Azeroth and Outland.
