Blackvenom Unobtainable?

Just recently I had been informed that BVB is no longer obtainable as of 5.4?...

Is this true?

It was grandfathered long before 5.4.

If your trying to find out if you can loot this i would forget it.. farming this thing is a waste of time even when it wasnt gf. I recommend buying one but the price will likely be higher than what it was.
