Live Commentating vs. Post-filming Commentating

I'm considering doing a speedrun to the challenge mode thread and commentating it (What i do and why etc.. (i know it's gonna be a bit limited, but i thought it might be fun)
So what do you think would be the best type? please vote.​

I find its always a mess when people comment while recording. Their thoughts are not organized and generally make no sense. "im gonna go jump across the ledge and oh crap nvm ill go this way cuz i fell". Commenting on a video once you are done recording provides much deeper analysis and allows the viewer to take home more information. Also, you have time to write an outline of your thoughts and form some kind of structure.

I'm rendering now, it ended up being a post-production commentary... I'm very new to it and i have a lot to learn but it was a lot of fun
