Staying true to the previous weapon enchants (not those terribly scaled, rigged ass mongoose/dancing steel chants), Ive decided to focus of consistent base damage and crit, rather than relying on something to proc. And knowing blizz, they can change stuff without warning. Id rather be 1 step ahead.
Sadly my time ran out today, but Im going to buy another 3 months eventually. But I almost had my engineering to 225 for parachute cloak (12 agil chant). Im also hunting for Feet of lynx and Ring of precision (that our damn ah on my serv never has)
By the time Im done, my base ap should scale a tad bit over 700 in BGs due to scaling/etc.

If you have any chant recommendations (not including wep chants) that will benefit my agility/ap and crit please let me know.

I've beaten many 24's. I don't see what all the bias against 20s are all about. We're technically lvl 24 in bgs

were not talking about skill were talking about abilities , gear, base stats. apple to apples not epeen. Most twinks have beaten high lvls easily. Fact just is better, i have a 20 , 21 & 24. 24 is best all around rogue wise. If you want a challenge make a 20 p2p with restrictions.

Get Dexterity on boots if you stay Sub (You can also take it in Asass, based on playstyle)
Get Greater Inscription of Vengeance

Greater assault gives more, 19 iirc

Am I able to turn in Fel Armaments? Because I tried that to increase my rep and the npc doesnt give the option to take them. Just dialogue. Idk how to get exalted at this lvl..

You have to do a small quest line before you can hand it in. Just go to the faction page on WoWhead or the comment section on WoWhead for Fel Armements and youll find it in detail there.

Sorry to keep bothering you. But the guy who starts the quest chain in shat doesnt give out any quests. Do I have to be alli or something? I would think Im under leveled. Only people handing out quests in the city are goblin commoners

4 stats on chest only gives 3 (check spirit) 1.5k hp is way to low to be viable atm.

Go 24 for more gear/gouge/outlaw sabre/20-21 is no longer hipster.

also scyer/aldor (cant remember which) rep shoulder enchant is better.

I think you have to be around level 68 in order to do the quest. It may be that you are already with the Scryers and thus cannot hand-in any quests. Then you have to do this seperate quest in order to switch. Should be all on the Aldor/Scryer page on WoWhead
